Google bought a spoon maker for Parkinson's patients

Company called Elevator Labs is designing spoon nicknamed Liftware which generates vibrations in order to offset the tremors of Parkinson's patients.Spoon was also equipped with vibration sensors to detect the spoon holder.

The technology used is similar to the feature to stabilize the image in the camera when hand shaking when taking photos.

Elevator Labs is a new company that will be joining the Google research part of Google X.

Last year, Google was the main investor in Calico, a company that develops drugs to prolong life.

Purchase this biotech company is part of the ambition and self-interest from Google founders Brin Segey who want to develop healthcare technology.

"Today we welcome the joining of Elevator Labs team to Google X. anti-shake device can improve the quality of life for millions of people," Google said.

Elevator Labs writes: "Google allows us to reach more people living with Parkinson's disease in order to obtain the benefits of the use of anti-vibration device is."
